Over the past 16 years, Greg has gathered a wealth of experience and knowledge in advertising design by working on all sides of the fence. He began by building a solid foundation, working in-house for Newell Rubbermaid. He went on to work for The Home Depot and also spent time in one of the nation’s largest advertising agencies, DDB Chicago. The experience gave Greg, and ultimately Porchlight, a rare ability to view design challenges from the client’s point of view.
At Porchlight, Greg’s background comes into play every day as he balances strategic and creative opportunities with the day-to-day operations of the agency. His first concern is always to listen to his clients and share those needs to his team. At Porchlight, all projects are held to Greg’s high standards for creativity and functionality as he repeatedly asks, “Can this be better?” Having worked in a variety of environments, he appreciates the benefits that come with a smaller agency – the ability to build relationships, emphasize service and devote attention to detail.
Having recently joined the ranks of parenthood with his wife Amber and their newborn daughter Vivian, Greg’s schedule has been a little chaotic lately. But feel free to give him a ring – he’ll most likely answer the phone himself and is always up for discussing new creative challenges.
